This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://propings.in, operated by Mantra Enterprise and Propings Technology LLP (“Propings”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship products across India.
- Shipping services are fulfilled through:
- Third-party courier partners, or
- Transporter / logistics services (for heavy or high-value items).
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Courier Shipping
- Applicable for products that fall within weight, size, and value limits defined by Propings.
- Courier partner will be selected by Propings.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
2.2 Pay & Pick from Transporter (Heavy / High-Value Orders)
For orders where weight, size, or value exceeds limits set by Propings, customers may choose or be required to use the “Pay & Pick from Transporter” option.
Under this option:
- Goods will be dispatched to a transporter location.
- Customer must pay the transporter directly.
- Customer is responsible for transporter charges, timely pickup, and coordination.
Transporter details will be shared after dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
- Charges vary based on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipping method.
- Propings reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time.
4. Material Handling Charges
For heavy, fragile, bulk, or high-value products, material handling charges may apply. This includes special packaging, loading/unloading, and safety handling. These charges are non-refundable.
5. Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are generally dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch timelines may vary due to product availability, lead time for bulk orders, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Propings shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control (weather, courier issues, remote locations).
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Any damage or tampering must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims.
8. Material Return Charges
If a return is approved, return shipping charges may apply. These charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong product was shipped.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for accuracy of delivery details.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect info may result in additional shipping, storage, or re-delivery charges.
10. Ownership & Risk
- Ownership passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
- Risk transfers once the product is handed over to the courier partner or transporter.
